The company had strong technical and creative capabilities but lacked a structured commercial engine. There was no formal ICP definition, no standardized sales process, no pipeline system, and no enablement materials for the business development team. The company was preparing for GITEX and needed to professionalize its commercial approach rapidly.
We delivered a multi-stream BD foundations engagement covering five areas: ICP definition and targeting, pipeline and funnel system design, pricing model development, sales asset creation (including a GITEX fast-pack presentation deck), and team training and enablement. We also produced job descriptions for BD roles to support hiring. The engagement gave the company a repeatable commercial system rather than relying on ad hoc relationships.
