Mohamed Abdelkawy

Mohamed Abdelkawy is an Associate at Flex Labs, where he leads digital enablement across the firm's consulting projects. He focuses on optimizing partner processes through the latest technologies, helping clients improve efficiency, reduce expenses, and integrate digital tools into their operations as part of broader strategic engagements across industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, and digital implementation.

Before Flex Labs, Mohamed founded Welad Baladna, an entrepreneurship initiative aimed at supporting and developing local talent in Egypt. The experience strengthened his ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution and gave him direct exposure to building and running an organization from the ground up, from program design and operations to community engagement and stakeholder management.

Mohamed holds a degree in Actuarial Science with a specialization in Mathematical Finance from the American University of Science, and was the winner of the Stocktrak AUC 2022 competition. He describes his approach as scientific, diligent, and factual, drawing on a strong mathematical background to support his methods and conclusions when working with advisory clients across a wide range of sectors.
