The Challenge

The university sought to close the gap between theory and application in strategy education. Traditional formats often isolate frameworks, with limited exposure to how decisions are made under ambiguity and incomplete information.

A more applied format was needed to help participants engage with real business complexity and understand how strategy translates into actionable choices.

The Solution and Impact

We designed and delivered an interactive workshop built around a real client case, simulating how strategic problems are structured, analyzed, and translated into decisions. Participants were guided through the full strategy journey, from diagnosing ambiguous challenges to defining clear where to play and how to win choices.

The session introduced key lenses including market analysis, product profitability, portfolio logic, and business model design, while emphasizing trade offs, prioritization, and execution discipline. Participants worked directly with real data and case material, building skills in problem structuring, analytical thinking, and decision making.
