Haya Ashraf is an Analyst at Flex Labs, where she works with leadership teams on strategy and strategy implementation, helping bring clarity and structure to complex challenges. Her recent work at Flex Labs has centered on developing an end-to-end founder program designed to support startup founders, including building the underlying operating system for how the program runs, shaping its branding and positioning, and defining a clear plan for its launch and implementation. She has also worked with a leading construction company in the MENA region, focusing on operations optimization, efficiency improvement, and strategy development and implementation across the organization.

Haya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, BA(Econ) from the American University in Cairo.
