Hadi Abdellatif is a Senior Associate at Flex Labs, where he works at the intersection of organizational strategy, transformation, and execution. He focuses on strategy and initiative design, implementation tracking and governance, stakeholder management, and targeted functional support across HR and operations, currently contributing to a five-year transformation strategy co-designed with a large regional construction and engineering group.
Prior to Flex Labs, Hadi was a Research Associate at Ahead of The Curve (ATC), where he delivered organizational health studies for more than ten major companies across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, EPC, textiles, and cosmetics. His work covered organizational assessments, workforce policy and culture diagnostics, and the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data into findings used for executive decision-making and program reporting, with a particular focus on inclusion, fairness, and employee experience.
Hadi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Anthropology and Sociology (BA) from McGill University. His approach blends stakeholder engagement, fieldwork, and analysis of diverse data sources to uncover root causes and translate insight into strategies that account for the human side of organizations and remain both relevant and executable.
