Yehia Hamdy Elmokadem

Yehia Hamdy Elmokadem is the Technical Lead at Flex Labs, where he heads the firm's AI and automation function. He focuses on designing and building the systems that power Flex Labs internally, including FlexLabsOS, the in-house automation platform that streamlines how the company operates day to day. His work spans the full technical lifecycle, from architecting AI agents and automation workflows to delivering custom websites and digital tools for Flex Labs' partners.

Within Flex Labs, Yehia plays a central role in translating advisory and creative concepts into working software, ensuring the firm's technology stack supports both client engagements and internal operations. He has contributed to a range of internal projects, from lightweight company websites to the broader FlexLabsOS automation system, and works closely with the consulting and product teams to embed AI and automation into how the firm delivers its services.

Yehia holds a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Ain Shams University. He brings a builder's mindset to every project, combining engineering rigor with a hands-on approach to AI agent development, automation design, and rapid product delivery.
