Aly EmadelDin

Aly EmadelDin is the Chief of Staff and a strategy consultant at Flex Labs, focused on investment cases, operating models, and transformation strategies. He co-launched Flex Labs alongside a former McKinsey engagement manager and helped grow it into a seventeen-person team delivering strategy, creative advisory, and digital enablement, with a current focus on building AI-native consulting delivery models that turn strategic insights into commercially viable solutions.

Before Flex Labs, Aly worked as an Associate Consultant at MasterCard Advisors, advising clients on commercial and strategic challenges across the payments ecosystem. He also served as a Product Manager at Gameball, where he led product initiatives and gained hands-on experience building and scaling a technology-driven business across both commercial and product functions.

Aly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. His experience spans public sector, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, and private capital, and includes leading a five-year enterprise transformation for a regional EPC company that identified a $100M+ opportunity pipeline, as well as securing $7M in funding for an agricultural venture in Tanzania. He brings a structured, commercially grounded approach to turning strategic insights into actionable solutions.
