Selim Hagrass

Selim Hagrass is the Business Development Manager at Flex Labs, where he is responsible for building the firm's full revenue generation engine. His work spans outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, paid media, and growth strategy, with a focus on driving pipeline, qualified meetings, and commercial targets across MENA and emerging markets, and on shaping the sales process and go-to-market assets that support the firm's expansion.

Selim joined Flex Labs as Chief of Staff, managing firm operations and acting as deputy to the Managing Director, before transitioning to take ownership of the full commercial function. Prior to Flex Labs, he spent seven years in banking at a leading regional institution, with experience across digital transformation, credit structuring, innovation, and strategic relationship management for corporate and institutional clients.

Selim holds a BSc in Business Management from King's College London and has been recognized internally as the top salesperson at Flex Labs. He brings a wide-ranging skill set across business development, growth marketing, sales process engineering, pricing strategy, and account management, combining commercial discipline with a structured approach to growth.
