Youssef Abouhussein

Youssef Abouhussein is a Senior Associate at Flex Labs, where he leads strategy implementation work for a major regional construction client. His focus is on translating strategic plans into operational reality, working closely with leadership teams on execution, performance tracking, and the organizational changes required to deliver on long-term ambitions across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Before Flex Labs, Youssef worked with The Sovereign Fund of Egypt on fund structuring and establishment, supporting the build-out of a flagship national investment vehicle. He also led the operational redesign of an insurance company and supported a mergers and acquisitions engagement for a chemicals company, gaining broad exposure to financial structuring, operational transformation, and transaction work across regulated and capital-intensive industries.

Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University. He is a results-driven professional with experience across infrastructure, construction, and emerging technology sectors, specializing in strategic business development, market expansion, and operational optimization, with an approach that combines analytical rigor with practical execution.
