Amir Sorial

Amir Sorial is an Analyst within the Advisory practice at Flex Labs, focused on strategy and transformation engagements. His work spans the full engagement lifecycle, from structuring ambiguous client problems into clear workplans, to building financial and commercial models, to engaging directly with stakeholders and developing executive-level presentations that distill complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations.

Prior to Flex Labs, Amir worked as a Property Consultant at MAA For Real Estate Consultancy & Investments in Dubai, managing the full client lifecycle across property valuations, market research, and negotiations. Earlier, he served as a Civil Engineering Intern at Orascom Construction, contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects including the Maspero Towers and supporting planning, 3D modeling, and onsite execution alongside engineers, architects, and project managers.

Amir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Coventry University, graduating with First Class Honours, along with a Mini MBA from IBMI Berlin and is currently pursuing the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certification. His Flex Labs work spans nonprofit and private sector clients, including a full organizational repositioning for El Zahrawan and a founder-focused capability building program delivered at the executive level.
