Omar Sedky is a Business Analyst at Flex Labs, focused on harmonizing corporate strategic business units and translating organizational visions into clear, actionable strategies. He is currently leading a capacity-building project in collaboration with the AUC Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center for startup mentors in Egypt, alongside a strategy implementation project with Rowad Modern Engineering aimed at optimizing internal processes.
Prior to Flex Labs, Omar gained experience as a Programs Intern at Flat6Labs, supporting startup acceleration and program operations, and as a Risk Assurance Intern at PwC, where he was exposed to advisory and assurance work for established corporate clients across Venture Capitals and the banking sector. His expertise spans fintech, SaaS and United Nations along with public sector initiatives, where he aligns market dynamics with organizational objectives and supports startups in building structured workflows and scalable strategies.
Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Entrepreneurship (BBE) from the American University in Cairo and is a graduate of the McKinsey Forward Program, the Infomineo Case Competition, the Arqaam Financial Consultancy Competition, the Management Consulting Graduation Project on a national logistics company. He specializes in capability building and has delivered more than fifty training sessions on strategic thinking, analytical insight, crisis management, and workflow enhancement, combining analytical rigor with a holistic strategic outlook. He also has vast experience in leadership as he led an 500 member-organization under the AUC Office of Student Life with their events in Egypt and their international representation in New York City, nearly doubling their profits and increasing their international footprint.
